About
MOTHER was created out of a need, my own. As a certified Pilates instructor and someone who thrives on routine, I wasn't willing to let motherhood take away something that grounded me so deeply.
I wanted to wake up, put on a matching workout set I felt good in, and go to class, with my baby in tow. To move the way I always had, and then continue on with my day. Without the added pressure or guilt of coordinating childcare just to take care of myself.
That version of life didn't exist, so I created it.
MOTHER started as small park pop-ups, simple, intentional gatherings. And week after week, the same moms kept showing up.
That's when I knew MOTHER wasn't just a class. It was something women were looking for.

Bring a yoga mat, water, and your baby! Wear comfortable workout clothes you can move freely in. If your baby is not yet sitting up independently, a carrier is welcome too.
Babies of all ages are welcome. Whether your little one is a newborn or a toddler on the move, we make it work. Our classes are designed with both of you in mind.
Not at all. Every class is beginner-friendly and modifications are always offered. Whether it's your first Pilates class or you're a seasoned mover, you'll feel right at home.
This is a mama space — fussy babies are completely welcome and expected. Feed, soothe, step out — do whatever you need. We get it, because we're moms too.
Yes! Classes are pregnancy-friendly and modifications are provided throughout. Movement during pregnancy can be incredibly beneficial — always check with your provider first, and let your instructor know you're expecting.
